what do you kill aphids with.my pepper plants are covered in them

I try not to use insecticides in the garden unless absolutely necessary . I'll plant greens (turnip/collards/etc.) early and wait for the aphids to show up . I then collect every ladybug or green lacewing I can find and put them on the affected plants .

They then lay their eggs near the food source and control the pest population . thumb
