Back in my day some bait out with brush and others didnt We they moved is was cleaned out and or redone Any brush inside the wake of Harbor One always help good fish With my limited stay in FTW of 22yrs,we managed just fine Electronics makes just that more easy to smash a good mess inside the no wake. I fished with a guy, that has fished that lake for 20+ years. We would fish one dock, catch a few crappie, then move 5-10 docks down and start fishing again??.......He "knew" which docks (usually) held fish and which ones never had any. Point being, there are a LOT of docks on that lake that the crappie just don't like......Don't stay very long if you don't get any hits.

I was on the north end yesterday. Skunked. But then again I wasn't specifically looking for crappie. Love to hear how you do.
