Thinking on installing a battery disconnect and would like to hear any feedback on which brand/style holds up best or any issues to look out for .

You can't go wrong with Blue Sea, a leading marine electrical brand, available on Amazon. In most cases, you can use the "mini" size. There is no reason to have the monster one on a boat powered by one outboard.
