Wind was brutal. It was hard to fish the timber like before. Marked bunches of fish just couldn’t stay close enough to capitalize on them. Ended with 9 keepers and about 20-25 dinks. No more than 1 keeper on any spot. Same bait and presentation as before. Water temp was 64-65 degrees.

I forgot to mention the 2 smallest fish were spawned out. The other 7 were full of eggs. So the spawn is not over quite yet.

I was on Aquilla Friday also!! Wind was strong till about 2 or 3!!! Had about the same results. The crappie are getting back to most of the brush piles that I have found. Could only catch one or two from each stop though. I only brought home 6.
