Been spooling up 20 lb Sunline Super FC Sniper fluoro on my baitcasters primarily for jig/C-rig/T-rig applications... Not real happy with all the line memory I've been experiencing.

There's SO many choices out there... And I feel like that Sniper just ain't up to par anymore. Anybody have any better recommendations for fluoro in cover-dense places like the lakes in East TX?

Thanks in advance

Truth! Buy it on sale and it’s still expensive, but it’s way better than all the rest. I’ve had it on my reels for two years, haven’t broken it once. I used to break sunline pretty regularly.

Try Seaguar Invizx. Heavy cover I'll go with Abrazx. Extra heavy gets braid.

Tatsu on eBay there is a guy who lists it obo. Will save you a lot. I tried To use up a spool of abtazx 20 and finally just tossed it. Too much memory for me shortening casting distance etc. I use Tatsu and feel it isn’t bad since you can use it longer and re spool less. The one thing I will say is I havent Found any line conditioner that is ok w it. When I used abrazx I could Spray it w conditioner each day it kinda live with it.

II tried several braids and did not like any of them, so I went back to my old fait full McCoys Mean Green. It has VERY little memory and has a LOT of good qualities to it. Matter of fact, on 20#, I can pull the boat around with over 600 lbs of people in to get my snag back. It is cheaper than most flouros, too. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck. NO, I am not sponsored by them. just my .02.

I was going to buy a bulk spool of Tatsu but the rent was due on my son's apartment in Florida so I had to make a choice...

Sunline Sniper is the best IMO

The limp Fluoro-low memory has 2 miles of stretch.

4421pwa is the user name on eBay of who I buy tatsu from. I just ordered two rolls of 15/1000yards for 250 shipped. I have been sending him my email to buy direct off ebay and he finally just sent me a invoice via paypal so if you go thru ebay and one of his listings it will cost more....

I will find out if he wants me to send him people via email or text...

LOL

I like Invizx. It has never let me down. I tried Sunline once, FC Sniper i think it was and it broke on me 3 times the first day I tried it and that was 15# test line. I replaced it with 15# invizx and I am totally satisfied with it. Never bought any Sunline brand of anything after that.
