straight out of currents magazine. need to double the sauce though for my liking. served it over angle hair pasta. exceptional. i didn't take pics. this one is from the magazine. pretty easy and quick also.

Man, i'd guess even better. flounder is, to me, the best table fish in the bay.

I do it with sand bass add sautéed mushrooms and top it with some Swiss cheese
