I personally have caught the majority of my fish in the past month under docks no shallower than 10 ft. But with that being said my buddy is catching them at about the same rate in 20-30 ft suspended on brush piles and bridges.. So to answer your question I would say they are a little bit of everywhere.

10-15’ of water 10-12’ down on timber mostly was today’s recipe. Lots of spawned out females now. Still was a great day. Beats work and homeschooling !! Hooray momma!!

Caught a few big ones yesterday morning fishing 2 ft deep on the weed lines on minnows.

Standing timber 10-15 ft of water 2-3ft off the bottom. Fished north in the west arm.
