How many days does it usually take for a lake to clear up? Texoma for example is very muddy based on background pictures I have been seeing lately so I was curious how long it usually takes for a lake to clear up.

I know there are several variables in play, but in the spring time how many days have you seen a muddy lake in Texas go to stained or a good water color.

A week to 10 days and that is with lots of sun shine and little to no wind. Those two conditions will help it to settle out in that length of time. Areas at the mouth of the creek systems will take longer as water continues to come in for a period of time after the rains. Creeks will clear up way up the creeks first and work their way out to the lake side.

Each person you work with holds some promise to your future success.
