I have never been to Lake Fairfield. Is there anything I need to know about navigating the lake safely?

Thanks!

If you put in at the first ramp after the park office you can go toward the dam and its wide open - if you go left there are areas of trees so I'd idle. The large cove right by the 1st ramp also has trees scattered through it.

Some timber on the upper end but not a ton, as Mike said from ramp to dam wide open.

If the lake is low there are a tons of rocks around ramps after you back out of blow hole at the bottom of the ramps. You can tell it’s low if the water is way down on docks around ramps From where it looks like it should be. The creeks on the south end have timber up in them and there is a bit of timber in east west creek down by dam. Otherwise it’s clear but don’t cut the points, they are shallow out off the bank a good distance.
