Had mine for 2 years, just noticed a slight vibration in head unit, is this a prop issue?

If you have a lot of nicks in your prop clean them up with a file. Usually smooths it out.

He's correct, but it can also be a balance issue with the motor housing. Motors can get out of balance from banging into things, especially hard things that don't give. There's a youtube video on tweaking it to balance; not hard to do. Do NOT do as in the video with respect to scratching the TM finish. Just put tape on the housing temporarily and mark it. DO put take on the front section also and mark a line. The primary reason for this is to insure that as you adjust the rear, you do not move the cone.
Adjust TM motor housing
