I am cooking lots of chicken. Grilled, baked, fried, braised, most anyway I can think of.

Picked up a 25 lb bag of long grain brown rice at Winco a few days ago. The kids can get used to eating it!

Need a good jambalaya recipe. We had some mix that was ok but figure a good recipe would be jammin!
