The irrigation tubing I found wasn't cheap. Where did you get yours?

100 ft / $10

i put out two brush piles last weekend and caught 20+ crappie off them this weekend. some suggest to use sandpaper to scuff the pvc to promote algae growth quicker.

i'm going to make some out of pvc and some leftover black plastic french drain corrugated pipe. something similar to this https://images.app.goo.gl/BC7SPQw8CvrJJoBY8

Never thought about stabilizing the buckets with pvc tubing cross pieces. Good design

Good ways to find places to place attractors..
remember all points and drops aren't equal get out there and fish the lake and find a area that will give you a good return... I only add structure to places where some already exists like where a tree line used to enter the lake look for a old a stump or 2 that hasn't rotted away ,culverts, rocks, old pipe lines, drops near good spawning grounds, places I can at least catch a few fish b4 I consider spending the money or the time to bait them out.

BTW nice attractors, Ev1 keep up the good work!!!

Here is a little tip for you guys for the pipe/tubing/buckets - cruise the new home subdivisions and look in the thrash boxes that they put out front for trash and you can get a lot of the scraps they toss. You will start to tell what you will find based on how complete the house is (before and just finished framing = the 2-3" pvc, after the plumbing rough-in [before sheetrock] = blue/red PEX.). Don't bother taking the red plastic that is used on the steel cables that they put in the slabs - too oily.

Happy hunting but I usually try to find a foreman to let them know what I am doing and not taking the 'good' materials.
