Anyone know if highway patrol has their boats out on Lake Conroe giving tickets for fishing/boating? Asking for a friend

Fishing is covered for the Montgomery county order - official info link below. You must abide by the midnight to 6 AM curfew, and must practice social distancing. Look at "essential activities" under Sec. 2, Definitions. Montgomery County Shelter in Place Order, 3/27/20
