Hey y’all, I’m looking to go to Bridgeport for the first time tomorrow. Is the lake safe to run? Boat lanes, timber fields, or anything sketchy?

Yes its safe to run. Swing wide of points and stay off tbe bankwhen running. Very easy lake to navigate. Have funand catch a bunch.

I had to dodge a few floaters Thursday afternoon but lake is full so no worries.

There are some graphed rock piles that should be fine at full pool, but if you are well clear of the points you are fine. It is easy above the bridge. If you go south of 380 (good luck getting under the bridge) it is a little trickier!

Watch your depth and you will be fine!!!
