I see and read alot of thread about whites and rarely see one about whites in Lake Texoma. Is there a specific reason? Just not many whites in Texoma or are people just stuck on stripers and blue cats? Can one point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

Our sandy population is a roller coaster year-to-year stripers rule in our lake but even if there was a good run in a creek somewhere we are flooded and absolute total DOO DOO water except on the deeper end of the lake so try somewhere else I would suggest

I remember back in the 70's when Texoma was probably the best sand bass lake in the State.

Looks like the festival is still going strong in Madill, not sure about this year though https://www.sandbassfestival.org/

Before they stocked stripers it was probably the best sand bass lake in the state.
