Was idling along and it started to idle rough then died. Wouldn’t start for 5-10 minutes. The I pumped the bulb a few times, heard a hissing sound and she started back up just fine and ran like a champion. Fuel line leak?

Mine will do that, not enough fuel, but once it gets going and rev it a little runs fine.

We idled roughly 20-25 minutes before it died.

Fuel line leak? That would be my first check, 2nd would be restricted tank vent.

Does not sound like an issue to me. Some motors just don’t sustain pressure at long periods of idle. My old efi would do this.

My friend had the exact same problem after idling for long periods of time. He couldn’t figure out what was causing the problem. A mechanic told him to change his primer bulb. He changed the bulb and hasn’t had a problem since.
Have a Blessed Day, Mike

I agree with the thoughts about fuel availability. There are several possible points a problem can develop. At low RPM, the fuel pump vacuum strength is far less than at higher RPM. It has a harder time overcoming a fuel availability issue at the lower suction levels. Such an issue can be a leak in some cases (sucking air, that hissing sound you mention), or a restriction (clogged filter as an example).
I suggest you change the primer bulb. If you don't fix it with that, at least you now have a spare. No great loss.
Do you have one or more fuel filters between the tank and the fuel pump? Have you checked/changed those recently?
Do you have 2 tanks? If you do, switch tanks and try it. If it doesn't have the problem, then the issue is unique to the first tank. Marine fuel tanks have a spring-loaded anti-siphon valve built into the pickup fitting. There's often a ball or plunger and spring inside the elbow that the fuel line connects to. They get gummed up over the years and can stick, restricting fuel flow. I've cleaned or disabled these to resolve a problem such as you describe. This would be the last thing I mess with, but it's a possibility.

Maybe vapor lock ? A tiny leak in fuel line can possibly lead to that, or other gremlins . After sitting awhile it cools off and starts. I had a Murcury 115 that did that often and I couldn't find anything to fix it until my buddy rigged me up a heat sink on the rails. Sold the boat with an amendment to "runs great"

change you fuel line and bulb, that usually fixes most of the problems at least for me.
