Get on the LCRA website and call the number listed for Fayette.

Oak Thicker Park posted on Facebook yesterday that they are not closing at this time. What the future is will have to wait and see.

I was out there yesterday along with a ton of other folks that were looking to escape the confines of our homes. I did not see any notice at the check in area however looking at the LCRA website they posted the following note:

"All LCRA-managed parks are closed until further notice to help protect staff and visitors from COVID-19. All park reservations through April 20 are being cancelled for a full refund. See the Parks Alerts page for a list of affected parks."

Aggie manager, that is what someone shared with me that prompted my post. My opinion is that is camping and not boat ramps, but I have been wrong a couple times this decade so ...................

Barbarian, as have I. Best bet is to give them a call and confirm with the park operator.

Here is the link to the TPWD ramp closure page:

https://www.swf-wc.usace.army.mil/lake/lakefacilities.htm

This does not include the lakes controlled by River Authorities like LCRA or SJRA.

Hope this helps us all!
