The trending data I have been watching tracks comparative data between the Italy and the US when they both had 150 presumptive, which was March 5th for the US. 18 days later Italy had 15K cases back on 3/12 and the US has 35,224 T+18 days later (today). Don't want to evoke panic, but our progression is much more rapid than Italy's was. Please take this deal seriously guys

What seems inconsequential one day can be mind-boggling 3 months later with exponential growth. Realize we are mere weeks into this, so there is much more to come.

Testing doesn't create infected people, it only sheds light on them.

I think why Dallas County shut down with a lot fewer cases than say LA or NY is that officials know we are turning at a ton of people away from the American Airlines testing facility and Ellis field house etc that have it because we lack test kit supply. I don't know Italy's test kit situation two weeks ago; probably a national blunder of epic proportions like we had here is my guess based on my thirty years of visiting Italy and doing business with the Italians.

The U.S. population is 340 million. I think Italy's is about 60 million. We should expect to have more cases, but what is the infection rate per capita?

No smallmouth in Whitney. They were referring to Texoma. LOL. I see that. I have no idea how I read all that as Whitney, but I did. Wishful think maybe?

How is grapevine any ramps open and how muddy is it Wanted to fish on Grapevine Sat. Couldn't find anything online saying it was closed. Went to: Marshal creek ramp Dove Loop And Katies Woods They all had barriers across the road saying closed. At marshal creek there was a road barrier before the automated toll gate. So I started looking at Lake Worth. and Found this: http://fortworthtexas.gov/news/2020/03/Lake-Worth-Closure/Thats when I gave up. Figured they were shutting down all the DFW lakes. If anyone knows different please let me know.

My company has experienced two suspect cases in two different states. Both times, the individual recovered before test results were available. After two weeks neither has a result and can't come back to work.. Since only confirmed cases are reported, i think the numbers are much higher than are being reported. Fishing seems the only safe solution.

Anyone know if the Stewart Creek boat ramp up in The Colony is open? Decided to drive up there to see what might be available. The entire park (including the ramp) is barricaded off.

Loyd park and Lynn Creek are both closed due to high water in Joe Pool--not Coronavirus. The ramp at the Oasis was open but they charge $15 to launch so we did not go there (I have the yearly pass to Loyd). We launched at Britton with no problems.
Hey--we finally caught one! dwjimages.smugmug.com

I know the ramps on the southern lake on AC were on Saturday, some of the folks in my club fished a mini tourney there (they did pretty good on them in the muddy water)
