If I know I'm gonna be out on the water all day, there ain't nothing better than one of those foot long subs from Walmart. Put that in the cooler with some cold DP and I'm happy

I take Chunky soup, pop the top, drink the soup, rinse the can and put in trash. Good lunch in about 2-3 minutes. Back to fishing.

Kind bars are awesome! Add an apple or banana and I am set. No mess, no fuss.

I like a chicken wrap. I normally eat it on a run to the next spot... Easy to eat, no mess, and great source for fuel for energy to make it through the day.

Same. Grab a burger or something and eat on the way and I will eat when I go home. The wife got upset because I didn't want to go into the marina restaurant so she could eat and have a drink. I told her that I come to fish not have dinner.

As I have gotten older I have the same attitude. Younger days not so much. Now I do whatever makes me happy.

turn the calender back and get you a can of sardines or Vienna sausages, a tube of saltine crackers, turn off your fancy depthfinders and go fishing like we used to....
if I'm at home,I usually make myself a ham sandwich and carry it for lunch....when I'm out of town fishing or hunting,it's pretty convenient to stop by subway the night before and get one of those footlong sandwiches and split it with my partner the next day for lunch...

I learned a long time ago I have a better attitude if I eat and drink while fishing.

I like to take ham and cheese and roll it up, we put a few of those in the cooler along with some saltines, maybe a little fruit, easy to eat on the run.
