I replace skirts all the time! Zman makes a great 3 pack. Bass pro has a whole rack of different ones depending upon what you like- silicone, rubber, quick change, rubber banded, etc.
I literally carry 20-25 different colored skirts while fishing to change up and fit certain situations or baitfish.

I build my own Living Rubber Skirts and sell them also. I order from 3 different companies to get the endless combinations of patterns and colors. No one company carries everything you need to build the best. These consists of: - Rolls of living rubber that can be cut at different lengths to accommodate a Spinner Bait, Jig or Chatter Bait. - Spinner bait skirting, which I like the Fine strands. - Jig Skirting, which I like the Old School flat strands. - Chatter Bait skirting which is a combination of both. - All my skirts come with a Copper Wire Tie, complimentary Trailer ordered from another company and instructions for hand tying. Skirts are banded if you like to change them out often. - New Color patterns in living rubber are continuing to come forward. No glitter or shine, which I like as they are more realistic and mimic all pray the Bass are seeking.

I keep a roll of floral wire in the boat. Takes about 60 seconds to wrap a piece of wire around it to keep the skirt in place after you change it.

I make my own Very easy to do. I use a band/collar first, then wrap floral wire around in front of the band Then just cut off the silicone collar if you want

This is just about 1/3 of the patterns that I have on hand; but this is the only Pic. of one of the trays. The minnow bath for all Spinner Bait skirts: Separating the strands using a sharp pointed tool. Copper Wire tie then remove the band.
