I have heard that all of the Army Corp. of Engineers parks and pavilions are closed until further notice. The lakes remain open. Other than that I have not seen any closings.

I found on the LCRA website that all LCRA operated parks will close on 3/23/20. However, Fayette parks are NOT closing at this time since they are vendor operated.

I heard that all the boat ramps on Canyon Lake are open. The parks and camping areas all closed. Can't find any information on Web Sites. Web Sites do say the boat ramps are open.
