So Rayburn closed to tournaments They way I understand it it is for day use and camping are not allowed.

From what I understand ABA is having their tournament on the 28th. Of this is cancelled then I do t think they're aware of this.

Just talked to the director for ABA. He told me he was contacted today so the ABA is cancelled as well

I read the link from the Corp of Engineer do they have a list of lakes that are affected ?

Why don't the Tournaments declare themselves a "Sanctuary Tournament" and ignore the Federal Laws? Could be the don't want the liability that may come from such a declaration.
