We are suppposed to be coming to ray bob next week from kansas but with this virus [censored] and the rising water i'm not sure what we will end up doing at this point. everything is up in the air now. Looked forward to this trip for months and months too.

May need to widen my trail through the woods down to the water. I might be able to make a few bucks on launch fees right up until we get caught
See you on the lake and have a great day!

I did actually forget my graph last week now that you mention it. No idea what the temps were. Made some of the runs through the timber a little spooky. As for the lake rising.... I can only say, Seems like the whole lake doesn’t close until 6+.

Last time I was on the water was 03/07 and water temp in Wolf Creek was 51-52. Add two weeks worth of warm rain and we are likely at 55+.
See you on the lake and have a great day!

To call it like it is it’s 3.25 feet high and rising quick. More rain to come. Gates are closed and it’s still rising. If the future rain hits in the right spots it will be 5 foot high by the end of the weekend. Buck is closed, pond is next, Jordan has a ways to go, then state park and Sanger. The marina has a private boat ramp that will always be launchable depending on if they want to allow it. Another flooded spring and judging by hickory creek being out of its banks all day by my house lew won’t be able to handle any water from Roberts for awhile. It sucks.

Yep, time to spool up that 25 pound test and get to work up shallow for the next four months.
