Does anyone know how the flooding from last night's rain will affect the fishing at Ray bob? Is the water level close to closing the ramps (more rain for tomorrow)?

The gates are probably open wide

At three feet high, they tend to close a ramp or two (Buck creek and maybe one other); but the others should be open

Itโ€™s 2 1/2โ€™ and rising. I was going to sneak over today but may wait. Chance they close buck ramp. Parkcop may have an update soon.

Appears to still be raining over most of the lake now.

It is high but more than that it is muddy. The high part I am good with, I love pitching bushes!

See you on the lake and have a great day!

Nope. Lewisville is +4. We can't handle the water.

They are only releasing 700cfs and that could slow with flooding down stream. I enjoyed fishing the high water last year. Looks like we will get another year of it.

I just drove by the marina, itโ€™s chocolate milk but very fishable, somebody is using their sprinklers too, very odd

Lewisville is releasing 3050 and has been for the last few weeks. Water is still rising here.

Lets just hope that the rains hold off a little or they'll close all the ramps like they did in 2007.

The marina will be the last one to close. But if you rent you a slip and store it in there you should be good as you won't have to use a ramp.
