threw this together for some kinfolk that came into town this week. layer of redfish filets covered with shrimp, lemon slices, onion, butter pads and seasonings(mostly "Tony's") and a pico/salsa spooned over everything. cooked for 30 min over a hot mesquite fire. got a pic of the dish before i put the salsa on. got carried away with visiting and partying and forgot to take anymore pics. it was great and very easy to put together and cook. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/03/full-75845-43535-vera_cruz.jpg)
