After vigorous studies we’ve determined that the middle of the lake is one of the safest places to be right now . The bite is extremely strong right now! I have availability give me a call or text at 817-983-8750. I don’t check messages here often.

I was fishing at one point near these guys and I threw every artificial in my box at them.and they wanted non of it. I did manage one under on a slab but that was it. I marked a ton of fish but that presumably wanted live shad!

Just for my own education, what is the difference between last year and this year? We did well on artificials all the way up till the lake flooded out in mid April. Is it the warmer water temps early that have created this live bait bite? I am a newbie chasing stripers and only have a couple of seasons under my belt. Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know if Steele Creek park ramp is open and safe to use after all the rain? Thanks in advance.
