Add a slim Jim to em, just to make sure you get enough sodium!

I eat Ramen weekly. I like them with a little Sriracha sauce.

A little of this really adds flavor

I even have a cookbook of cool recipes that feature ramen noodles. The cheap ones.

Soooo good.

for anyone concerned about the sodium, all the sodium is in that flavoring packet. they're many cool recipes you can make that don't require using that flavoring packet at all. You can also simply add 1/2 or 1/4 of it to reduce the sodium significantly.

It's certainly not a health food, but rather a guilty pleasure for me. When I tell people I eat ramen they think that I'm broke... I told them no no, I actually love it!!

I love ramen, but only use 1/2 the flavoring packet. I add some ham to mine.

No one has mentioned an egg? The absolute best adder for ramen is an egg. Just crack it in when the noodles are about half done.

Yum!

There are several videos and studies done that 'track' Ramen through the human digestive system. They are not a food product and the body does not really digest them. To say they are true noodles is unfair to the Italians.

Chinese invented noodles far earlier than the Italians.
