Are the whites up river at Canyon Lake? The river is pretty low, so I wasn’t sure if they would make it up river in large numbers. Thanks for your help.

The run is "weak" again, with the low flows.
Some small Males (6"-9") caught up 1/2 way to rapids or so.
Marking lots of fish in the river channel from Potters up but........
Very little bird/schooling action I've seen.
I'm wondering about the larger coves like Toms Creek maybe.
Some nice LM Bass, Crappie and Catfish biting at the upper end.

I was Tom’s last week. Had two whites and two small lmb, but nothing like I would think if they were staging, spawning, etc... much warmer temps this week, though, so......

This cross was first produced in South Carolina lake far from to Corsicana in the mid 1960’s mixing eggs from a female striper bass and sperm from a sand bass. These “original cross” fish are often referred to as Palmetto Bass.
