Fishing continues to be good at PK! Fish seemed to be biting more aggressively on Sunday even though there wasn't much wind. Saturday the bite was light all day. The warmer weather probably had something to do with the better bite on Sunday. Spring and even better fishing is right around the corner!
Here's a list of weekend trips that are available from now until the end of March. They are filling up daily so if you'd like to reserve a day be sure to book early. Plenty of weekdays are also still available.
Feb. 22nd and 23rd am and pm, 29th am and pm.
Mar. 1st pm, 7th pm, 8th am, 14th and 15th am and pm, 22nd am and pm, 29th am and pm
Thanks Gary! Oh no, that's not good. Just let me know if you need some help troubleshooting it. I've had to repair mine a lot and might be able to help.
Thank you. Someone is wanting to split the cost of a trip to PK Saturday if anyone would like to take the spot. $150 if interested text or call 817-243-5858

Fish are headed north on PK, river channel and creeks that intersect are key. Big bends in the river channel will hold staging fish , especially if shallow flats are close.

You're welcome Bob. I've heard of some stripers being caught but the numbers are way down from last year. I haven't been targeting them because there just doesn't seem to be enough to catch them consistently. On the bright side, there are lots of small stripers in the lake.
call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.
