I run Lance Vick but am thinking about getting the other one to compare. No complaints about Vick’s.

I was in Fisherman’s One Stop on Sunday and saw one called Lake Fork Guide Lanes. Was curious to know more about it as it has more trails than the Lance Vick’s. Some of which I’d still be afraid to run.

Whatever you do buy the physical chip and don’t do the online download. I downloaded the Vick fork lanes to a card and I guess the card was too big because the unit wouldn’t upload any of the tracks. Helix 12.

Lance Vick’s is my choice but I don’t know anything about any others.

You shouldn’t have any issues. I have downloaded 3 updated versions throughout many years. I’ve never had an issue. What size card did you use? Humminbird’s can’t read cards bigger than 32gb unless you do some special formatting to the card. For most people it’s just easier to use a card 32gb or smaller. All you have to do is copy everything to a smaller card. What procedure did you follow?

Have a Blessed Day,
Mike

I used a 32gb card. Followed exact procedures on the website. The file downloaded to the card with no issue and I can see it there. I will put the file on a smaller card and see if it remedies the issue.
