You are increasing screen size, but it isn't really an upgrade. The HB Helix units are the best on the market with the exception of the Garmin Livescope, while HB has the MEGA 360. THe upgraded units would be stepping into a Helix MEGA series. When switching to Lowrance, you will lose the Helix Color bar, one of the most essential tools on the unit. No other manufacturer offers the color bar. It allows anglers to determine all possible colors in the palette and the softest to densest returns. Instead of going to Lowrance, I would recommend a Helix 8 MEGA SI unit.

Randy, I will send you a PM to talk about the Lowrance product line. It all depends on your budget. Look forward to talking with you.
