Has anyone used these yet? I am having to replace my Optima blue tops and the guy I normally use says that they are using the Trojan 31 series AGMs now. I have googled and can't find any reviews so I'm not "leery" but if anyone has used them I would like to hear their opinion!

Thanks in advance!

I used Trojans before without a problem! blush Lol, as far as batteries I prefer them over Optimas, I never had good luck with Optima batteries in boats or trucks. Trojans are very heavy though! I switched to Duracell 31 series marine batteries from Sams and have been happy...

Thanks for the reply! I'm going to have my Optima's tested first but man they used to run all day no problem now I'm having to go to 5(max) to get anything late. And I quit hooking my Talons up to them as well a couple months ago so its just the t-motor drawing on em.

I hope the Duracell 31's are good. I just bought two of them and don't even have them in the boat yet.

Had mine since mid summer. Good to go so far.

Not a Trojan. But do have a Duracell 31 that I've been using for 4 years now. Well worth my money! Got it at Batteries Plus+ Bulbs.

Duracell 31 agm batteries are great. I use my trolling motor to control long drifts across the flats, some days it runs 95% of the time on the water. Never made it below 25% on the charge meter. Owned them for 2 years now, no loss in performance.

They do for trucks/cars, but I'm not sure about boats. They might be a bit hesitant since their guys don't know much about boats, and wouldn't want to get into a damage dispute.
