1. Sign-up is at the dam on Saturday March 7th 2020 from 5:30 am to 6:00 am. Fishing hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
2. You can leave the dam area to go to your spot after you sign up BUT CAN’T START FISHING UNTIL 6:00AM
3. This is a 3 fish 14 in. tourney, you may weigh in less but not more than 3 Black or Smallmouth Bass ONLY. Culling has to be done before entering weigh-in line. DEAD FISH WILL ONLY BE WEIGHED AT THE TOURNEMENT DIRECTOR DISCRESSION AND A ½ POUND PENALTY FOR EACH DEAD FISH.
4. Weigh-in lines opens at 2:30 pm, you must be in line before 3:00 pm to have your fish weigh-in. The tourney director will announce weigh-in line is closed and no one can enter the weigh-in line after it is closed.
5. All fish will be measured with the mouth closed and the tail pinched.
6. Artificial bait only (pork trailers are allowed).NO TROLLING BY THE BIG MOTOR .
7. Live wells are subject to be checked before the start of the tourney.
8. WEDNESDAY EVENING JACKPOT CLUB OR SPONSERS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OCCURED WHILE PARTICIPATING IN THIS TOURNAMENT BY SIGNING THIS FORM
9. All decisions by the tourney director are final.
10. Entry fee is $40.00 big bass pot included. You can only win 1 place in the Big Bass
11. Big bass pot will only pay 2 places ( 60, 40 ) up to 25 entries. 26 entries or more will pay 3 places ( 50,30,20 )
12. If no one weighs in a fish, then there will be a drawing for the allotted places.
13. At the end of the tourney, Please pull across the road to the parking lot where other people can load and unload their boats.
14. All fish become property of the Wednesday Evening Jackpot Club and will be returned back to Lake Brownwood.
15. Pay-out is 5 PLACES UP TO 25 ENTRIES 10 PLACES AT 50 & 20 PLACES AT 120 OR ABOVE ENTRIES
16. Fishing will be done out of navigable waters of Lake Brownwood at full pool by boats only. NO WADING OR BANK FISHING
17. ALL STATE AND LOCAL LAKE & BOATING RULES APPLY AND ARE SUBJECT TO A POLYGRAPH
18. No iced or frozen fish will be allowed. The tournament director reserves the right to refuse to weigh any questionable fish
19. No Non contestant is allowed in the boat during fishing hours
20. Each contestant must weigh in their own fish brought to the scales in a bag of water
21.All ties will split that place and the next. Example: tie for 2nd split 2nd & 3rd place monies
