so we are all in agreement it flopped. I believe my original prediction was 5 years and they will be gone. I think that's a solid forecast

One of the most highly anticipated flops in fishing? DFW is bass boat capital of world I I have seen exactly one on the tin cans and zero of the big boats. I have seen zero of either. I have fished a few 200+ tourneys this year...nada. However, I have seen over 20 new FXR’s!! Vexus - Founded Dec. 2018 Skeeter - Founded 1948

Man I still miss Legend, best looking bass boat there ever was... Go pick one up....still 6 dealers in TX.

The Vexus metal boat line is doing well for them. Very innovative design with the metal hull and all fiberglass decks, consoles, & storage compartments. North TX Marine sold 50+ in 2019.
Jury is still out on the fiberglass boats. I agree the styling is too over the top for most. I do feel it is a well built boat though. I crawled all over a VX 21 a couple weeks ago and really looked hard at the details. You can tell the quality is there. Lots of great features. A few things I would change if I were king for a day: Picklefork bow, handicap hand rails, gaudy metal hood scoops on sides, and the boat is just too deep from bottom of vee to top of gunnels. The hull looks like a multi-species boat for the great lakes.

Glanced at this yesterday and not in market for a new boat, but what a harsh environment. Now you know why most dont have the COURAGE to go into business for themselves.

I have a friend with the 2080 tin model very well built boat, seen a red fiberglass model on Rayburn Saturday it may look ugly out of water but in the water it look good.
