Ok, let's get this thread going this year again. I went out before the all the rain hit and was seeing temps any where from 55-60 so still pretty cold. The lake is still around 1-2 ft low but hopefully with the spring rains we will get more water flowing. I marked quite a bit of fish in the river but they are def still out in the main lake.

I went a few weeks ago, ran up Hog, and the Middle Bos, waters were dirty, lots of trash. No bites on live or jigs.

If I fished for money.........I'd be broke.

It's on. Not hot and heavy yet, but steady and limits are doable in a few hours. Good numbers of big females, too.

It is going to be extremely interesting to see what happens with this rain. I hope that it doesn't mess things ups to bad for the run.

Waco got hammered this morning. Probably just set the fishing back a good while again.

Middle bosque is on right now. Watched several limits get taken today. The rain dirtied up the water but did not slow the fish down at all.

Anyone know if N. Bosque is passable at bridges? Is there tons of debris in the water?

White perch are typically the smallest in length, averaging about 10 inches, white bass average about 13-plus inches, hybrids average about 20 inches, and stripers can exceed 30 inches. Hybrid striped bass generally refers to a cross between striped bass and white bass.
