We prefished twice with zero results. Had no clue what to do threw everything we could think of. Finally figured them out about 2:30 and caught 2 big fatties. We weighed in 3 for almost 6 pounds. We’re not happy we didn’t figure them out sooner it was so obvious. Oh well maybe next time. How did you guys do?

They must have been pushed up into the pockets because that's the only thing we didn't do. Had an area that always gave us bites in practice. Tourney day arrives and we stayed in staging areas and stopping points and only caught fat and worthless slot fish. Oh well.

we were there but didn't fish basschamps. Saturday was just caught we caught 4 fish all day. Went out this morning to a small pocket with some grass in it and caught about 17-20, all but one was an under that were just a hair short of being a slot fish. We would have been in the money for sure had we been fishing the tourney and caught them Saturday.

Stunk it up. My partner had been on some fish the last few weeks so we waited them out in one general area and they never showed. Scrambled the last hour and caught three but didn't bother weighing them. A ton of boats on the water made it tough.

Finished 30th 4 for 7.98, lost a fish with 9 minutes left of fishing time that hurt. Still had fun and was a beautiful day!

Had 2 for 4 lbs and let them go and went home with our tails tucked. Definitely some good areas, we found obvious stuff that got hammered in practice and just didn’t hold. Still a good day on the water.

Besides dealing with one boat occupied by a couple A holes, had a great day. Ended up with 4 fish for 6 pounds. Had another good under on that got off and cost us a check. Everything we caught was super shallow with grass.

Caught 7 unders, 2 grennel, 2 slots and a catfish. Had fun but just were not around good enough unders. Weighed in 6.95.

Caught two early (one keeper, one slot) doing what we caught them on in practice and figured it was going to be a good day. Then we went 6 hours without another bite. I managed to fish 8 hours on the great Lake Fork and get 0 bites. Weighed two for 3.15 just to prove we were there. Terrible

We had 5 for 7.68 and got 38th and a check. We left our area I think just as the fish were turning on. I talked to one of the guys that was in the area and they said, that they did turn on. Went to a spot I caught them in a tournament last Sunday and managed one small keeper to make our 5th. Then one that just a sliver of its tail went to close and we decided to release it. I am not sure but tracking the water levels, the gates may have been open due to the prediction we were going to get heavy rains this week. I hate it when the SRA does that. They like to keep it at 1/2 low. Now, I don't think we are going to get those rains. Everyday it is a changing lake. Still, I will take Fork over many other lakes.

We caught about 20 or so but needed to get rid of a 14" er we had in the box. But still a good day considering how its been out there. Chad and BC still run a first class tournament out there. Always fun fishing them. Congrats to everyone that got checks and Zeeter Hughes on the 5th place finish! Nice check bud!

Typical Fork for us for the last few years. Thought we had a little something going then made a couple bad decisions on tourney day. Caught 2 unders for just 3# and as always caught a 6 and some other nice healthy slots. We should have left the first area an hour earlier and NOT gone to Glade and instead went to our other area. My buddy fished there all day with his son and they weighed in 4 unders but they lost or broke off another 4-5 solid unders that would have gotten them a check. I know of at least 1 top 5 team that was in that same area. We caught our fish from 15' to 1' of water.

They've had one gate open. There is still some groundwater flowing in and they're dropping about a half inch per day. On Friday or Saturday they were 3" below full pool and when they reach 6" below full pool they're going to close it. Not sure how the forecast will impact this but it likely will.

Had 2 fish all day, both were 23" long and weighed over 8lbs.... sucks they were in the slot but they were both extremely healthy. We were in the right area just needed a big girl to pull up that's all.
