I plan to take one of my kids fishing for some sandbass and hybrids and was wondering if anyone has been to the Lewisville Lake spillway recently and can provide a report. I think it may be too early and water too cold at this time, but I have seen some nice hybrids pulled out on a trip back in spring 2015. Thanks in advance for any input. Ken

Only one way to find out. Those gates will be wide open after the next flood coming this week.
