had to mark my knee when they cleaned it 2 times and again when they did replacement, dr. liked my artistic skillz after I did a copy of the mona lisa on the kneecap.

nurse came in and made me tell her 3 times what they were going to do when they put the plate in my neck, she did the smiley face for me that time. kinda makes one wonder wth, at least they don't make me mark the cystoscopy when they do that, it would be kinda weird.

In the mid to late '70s a very good friend of my parents was the Chief Justice of the Missouri State Supreme Court. One time he dictated a jokingly overly formal letter to my parents thanking them for something and it was mailed on his official office letterhead. .
In the letter the Surname was misspelled three or four different times, never the same way twice, and there were other misspells and a bunch of punctuation errors. This was only a 10 or 12 line letter.
My Mom had been a secretary before, and for a few years after, my parents were married. So Mom made a copy of the letter and red lined all the misspells and punctuation errors along with a couple handwritten comments and mailed it back to His Honor.
I think the story was the Judge got a new secretary soon after.
