The Game Changers Documentary

Anyone watched this yet?

If you haven't and are interested in long term health, nutrition, and the impacts disease can have on you then I recommend it. Interesting studies done looking at Genetics vs. Lifestyle. For the leading causes of death in the U.S. genetics only accounts for 10-20%. I am one who typically seeks out this kind of information but this was passed to me by a friend who is a family practice physician. He will be the 1st to tell you doctors do not have and are not equpped to counsel on nutrition. I respect him for this and appreciate that he refers to registered dietitians if the case is complex and cannot be fixed by the patient via behavior change.

As a disclaimer...I am and grew up in a meat & potatoes home. Fruit was always available growing up and that became my 'candy'. I still eat fruit but not as much as I used to and have learned to cook/eat a vaiety of vegetables. Meat is a different story. I crave meat at every meal. The last 15 years I have been fortunate to harvest venison to keep and use throughout the year but not 100% utilization on wild game/fish. Hope to be some day...

It is a farce. Tons of videos out there to de-bunk the whole thing.

Which part(s)? And if you have credible research/science based info please share. I work with registered dietitians who promote healthy animal proteins however each has their own interpretation as to what constitues 'healthy anmial proteins'. I am always on the lookout for credible and updated info on the subject as nutrition science and studies of the impacts on the human physiological system are relatively new.

Luke 6:22-23

22 Blessed are you when people hate you,
when they exclude you, insult you,
and slander your name as evil
because of the Son of Man.

23 Rejoice in that day and leap for joy. Take noteโ€”your reward is great in heaven, for this is the way their ancestors used to treat the prophets.

Humans evolved over millions of years eating a hunter/gatherer diet. Agriculture has been here about 10K years; barely a blip on the timeline of human evolution. Hard to believe that meat is bad.
