Just a quick question.

My Jeep has been at the shop where I purchased it for a week now. It is a soft top and get water onto the passenger side floorboard with each rain.

Today, I got a message from the dealer that the parts had been “redirected” elsewhere, so now parts will not arrive until March 3.

I could begin to understand if this were a transmission, or some other big, heavy part. What they are replacing on my Jeep is a door seal. It will fit into a gallon sandwich bag and weighs ounces. How can it take a week?

Am I missing something? I feel I am being jerked around...

First mistake was buying a Jeep

I can tell you this HAPPENS ALL THE TIME

Also it doesn't benifit them at all to have the Jeep sitting there waiting. I promise you this happens to me a lot.
