We headed out Sunday to do a little fishing. The day was sunny and beautiful, temp got to 70 maybe warmer. Once our daughter arrived we fished our way up river and on the way we caught 2 bass and a crappie.

After arriving to good looking spot we anchored. The grandbabies jumped in the boat with us. Thats when the fun begins. They keep you on your toes!

After awhile Mia found the compus/whistle and thermometer and magnifying glass all in one thingy, and of course she wanted to know what that stuff was for. So Papa gave them a quick lesson.

I helped Tommy reel in his first crappie.

We ended up catching we 13 crappie and about half a dozen bass. All fish were released to swim another day. It was a great Sunday with family. fish
