Turn and burn out to Lubbock today . Ready to be home ! What’s your get home routine ?

Let the dogs out .
Crack a cold one .
Figure out what’s for dinner if it’s not already made .

As soon as I walk in the door I ask three questions; sometimes out loud, mostly to myself.
What the hell is going on in here?
What the hell has everyone been doing all day?
What the hell is going on in here?

Next I spend time with the boys, give them baths, read books and put them to bed.

Then I either crack a beer or chase the wife around the kitchen or both. Then after fire blows from her ears and lasers shoot from her eyes, it's my queue to stop poking the bear, back up slowly as to not get stabbed with a fork and go to bed so I can repeat the process tomorrow.

It's a good little routine. About to finish putting the last kid to bed. Wish me luck.
