Lake Bastrop is fun. I like it, and its nice to have somewhere to go on [censored] weather days and still know you'll catch something. Last friday me and the old man hit it, caught 30 fish total. Biggest was a 3 lber, most were small. All big fish were super skinny and didn't look good. Ned rigs for most of my fish, the old man got them on crankbaits and jigs. So really, whatever you were in the mood for probably would work.

Sounds like a typical Bastrop day, fun for bites but donโ€™t expect much on size!
