I noticed I was getting some water past the lock and opened them up to re-lubricate and seal. I use the oil filter wrench to tighten any loose latches. Not sure if this is manufacturer recommended maintenance but hey...I do it anyway.

I have to break out the Big Crescent wrench occasionally to tighten mine up but it is a rare occurrence.
