It still up? God only know me the chaos this caused by not being done correctly. Court battle next. Nobody died, and it’s just an elevator shaft. Hop could tear it down on his day off.

Solid core there, don’t build em like that anymore It's not a solid core, it has load-bearing exterior walls. Most modern sky scrapers get their strength from the interior walls and have an all glass exterior. But yeh, they don't build them like that anymore.

Cut it in 8 ft sections and sell as storm/tornado shelter.
