why did it take that long?

It takes awhile to drill and case an under reamed gravel packed well especially in a river bottom trying to deal with river rocks the size of both fists. Our drilling mud almost had to have the viscosity of honey to get those rocks up and out.

Worked for a client in TC who would rave about our work while we were on site and then an hour after we left start sending text messages about how all our work was horrible. Built stone and brick columns for a store bought patio cover three different times and finally had to just cut my losses. What started as a 2-3 day job lasted all week and I never got paid my final installment which was 50% of the total because he added more work mid week.

I have since restructured my deposit and installment payments schedule.
