Left the Bass Cat at the house and decided to fish a pond instead. Pond hopping is a favorite pastime of mine and this day didn’t disappoint. I had 8 in-a-row from one log and a friend/subscriber of mine caught a giant over my shoulder. If you haven't ever watched my videos before, be sure to Subscribe! Thank you a ton TFF!

What's your favorite lure for a pond? And please don't say Freddy the Frog! Kidding!

Buzzbaits are always the most fun for me. I just love seeing the bass blow up on em. It's even more fun fishing in the pitch black at night and only being able to hear the buzz; then hear the strike and BAM! fish on. A blast when they're biting.

But I've probably caught a lot more on small spinners. Weightless flukes have always worked well too.

Foam spiders. Fly fishing on topwater for pond perch is as fun as it gets.
