How hard is it ti find old telephone poles? I'm talking the 25+ foot length. How expensive are they new?

Years back certain Lumber Yards sold them. I would not have a clue who sells them now or how much. You might try searching for them on line. thumb

call wood county electric coop and ask them.

there is a lumber yard in paris that I have bought some 18' from. they can probably order longer, not sure how to get it to where you are tho.

try the hardware/lumber place in alba, they may be able to order them.

Used to be you could buy used ones when they were available from your electric company provider. In 1980, a used pole sold for $1, a new one for $250. I have no idea what today’s prices are or if you can buy used ones anymore.

There is a place in Abilene where you can buy them for a buck a foot.
Also check with local electric yard some will give them away.
All used of course.
