Good job, 1shot! Hang in there, Nocona....I've been struggling, too. Put it this way....not as committed!

Monday, Feb 17th, 2020......my name is Okie Poke and I am fatter today.....222LBS.
I've gained a couple of pounds in the last 3 weeks or so. Been working way too hard on our property in AR, and when we're finished for the day, we drink, socialize, and then eat dinner later. Also, Valentine's Day chocolates did not help matters, whatsoever. I'm back on it this week. Gonna try and crank it up and get back down to the lightest I've been in a looooong time, which is 217lbs. It's a vicious circle.....

I do not have fitbit or tracker, but I can record my steps on the heart app on I-phone. I'd be willing for a little competition. I just like the fact that we wanna strive for a healthier lifestyle, weight loss, eating better, or whatever. Let me know how you want this thing to work and I'm in. Next week I'll be in ABQ for 4 days so it'll be more difficult, but I'm not gonna make any excuses. Let's do this!

I think you can get a pedometer app on most phones.

There are 5 of us so far, you would be 6. Since you don't have the fitbit app, which is how the contests get tracked, you won't get realtime updates. I can PM you a screenshot of everyone's progress each day so you can see where you rank. Monday-Friday, 12:am-12am. That work?

224.5 this morning. I have a confession though, I've weighed at work at the same time when I started posting on this thread. At home when I got up this morning I was 216.4. Even ate some lean hamburgers this weekend that were outstanding.

I’m in. Working out. Goal to stop driving through and eating out of a bag for lunch. Goal is to cut out sugar. I’m at 204lbs. Tired of “dad bod.” Looking into intermittent fasting.

chickenfried…..that intermittent fasting works.

I'm liking this....I've gotta get motivated again, but not doing bad. Having to travel way too much as of late. Still exercising but eating habits have not been as clean as last year. I'm still weighing about the same, 222lbs. Yes, still fat but feeling real well.
