That’s just plain stupid. Wrong day of the week? I can understand restrictions on keeping it but this?

That’s just plain stupid. Wrong day of the week? I can understand restrictions on keeping it but this? They are, literally, a prehistoric fish that can only be caught in very few places in the country. At one time they were very nearly extinct due to the netting and selling of the eggs for caviar. With the restrictions they are abundant again. It's the only way they can be caught. They don't "bite" anything, except plankton.
